Grading returned furniture from photos instead of opinion.
The problem
Returned furniture is graded inconsistently. Items that could be resold go to landfill because grading takes longer than writing them off.
What we built
A grading sheet driven by a fixed photo set: eight angles, consistent lighting, one score. Resale price suggested from the grade.
Where it is now
Experiment. Tested on a sample of 120 returns.
