One Fleet

Decision intelligence for commercial transport.

The problem

Fleet decisions are made with partial information. Driver hours, vehicle state, charge or fuel, route history and job economics live in separate systems, so operators answer the hard questions from memory.

Why it matters

A missed job, an unnecessary charging stop or a vehicle sent that couldn't finish costs an operator real money every day. The information needed to avoid it already exists — it just sits in six systems that don't talk.

What we built

A decision layer for transport operators. One Fleet takes a job and answers it: can we do it, what should it cost, which vehicle, which route, and when to leave. Each answer carries the evidence behind it, and the outcome feeds back in.

Where it is now

In production test with a live fleet. Not publicly linked while the first operator runs on it.
