Most transit packaging exists because the vehicle is a bare metal box. Cardboard, film, straps and void fill compensate for a load space that was never designed to hold anything in particular.
NoPack Transit inverts that. If protection were engineered into the vehicle, how much disposable packaging would stop being necessary?
How the vehicle protects
Structured load space
A load bay of known geometry with fixed datum points, so goods are located rather than wedged.
Integrated restraint
Restraint built into floor and wall rails, adjustable without tools and without single-use strapping.
Cushioned surfaces
Durable, cleanable, replaceable impact surfaces in place of expanded foam and air pillows.
Reusable carriers
Returnable cases and trays sized to the vehicle, tracked through Load Commons.
Ride quality as packaging
Suspension and load-floor isolation treated as a protection strategy, not a comfort feature.
Evidence on arrival
Condition recorded at handover so damage claims stop being the reason for over-packaging.
